I will teach you how World Class Strength & Conditioning Training is done and then show you how it will transform your body into to something that resembles the feeling of being young and thinking you were invincible.

When we are young, staying strong & lean is done through play alone.

Running, Jumping and Rolling around were enough of a stimulus to sprout us into young men.

Today, those very same activities might be a litttle more iffy than they use to be (but that's okay).

Simply put, back then we hadn't yet formed our bodies into the shapes of 'sitting at a desk' or 'behind a steering wheel' as we do for the majority of time throughout the majority of our days.

Now that you're older, you'll benefit from a solid Mobility and Home Care Routine as well as dedicated cardio sessions. These types of routine help you feel better and progress faster (Recoverability and Adaptability Effects) alongside a strength training program.

I want to make something clear, that I often hear lifters get confused with. Cardio training is NOT about making yourself tired. What it really is, is learning how to catch-a-rhythm with your heart rate so you DO NOT get tired. It also doesn't destroy hard earned muscle gains like so many people unfortunately think. Again, it's actually the exact opposite. Cardio work helps preserve muscle by maintaining the infrastructure and the intrinsic functions of the muscle so that it is ALWAYS ready to preform. 

On the other hand, Mobility Training Deposits(1 small win), done on their own time like at home in the morning, help save you precious time when in the gym as it will become faster and faster for you to effectively warm up pre lifting. As your home care deposits stack up, you will gain access to draw upon the credit you built with your body from making your small payments (daily wins).

Overall Lifter, we're here to set you up for a professional experience that orchestrates a specific series of wins, that compound daily into specific results (RL Strong & Shredded) in a faster and longer lasting way .

We're also here to cut all the bullshit clutter that the fitness industry likes to distract us with just so they can market a buying frenzies of keto vegan dog treats on social media.

But Lifter, just because we can deliver it doesn't mean  it will be done.

You MUST have the desire to Look Better Feel Better and Play Life Better, and the time to workout 3-4x a week for 45-60mins at a gym. You also MUST have a Growth Mindset  and average  7-8hrs of sleep a night (any less and you should just focus on getting more sleep & less stress).

We need to know, where you're at, and where you want to be  in order to make your 1 of 1 solution.

After consulting with you we  like to do a 3  step assessment:
1.  Posture
2. Movement
3. Strength

With this information your Strength Coach can deliver a program that fast tracks you, to your goals.

Step 2: Onboarding

We like to focus on providing lifters with a thorough onboarding on week  1.

This way, we can ensure a seamless transition to absorbing and implementing our system and techniques that help all lifters see faster, longer lasting progress.

Step 3: Action & Support

With your training program in your hands the only thing that stands between you and your goals is focusing on 1. showing up and 2. doing honest work.

with the right plan of action, a lifter's only real need is patience for these 2 rules.
